ODM Nominated Member of Parliament and former Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT) Secretary-General Wilson Sossion has decamped to Deputy William Ruto’s camp and joined the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party.
The former unionist praised the UDA bottom-up economic model, saying that it would liberate the millions of Kenyans living in poverty.
“I can count you as amongst the few brave and fearless leaders to take that route in the African continent,” Sossion stated.
Sossion said his ”good relationship with workers and the civil servant will is good” and he can guarantee him their all votes
”You know workers respect me so much, and we are behind you (Ruto) 100%” said Sossion amid cheers from gathering who were at the DP Ruto’s residence in Karen.
Although Sossion has not made it clear whether he will be contesting for an elective seat, reports indicated that he is warming up for the Bomet Senatorial seat.
