FKF caretaker committee that was named yesterday by the Sports Cabinet Secretary Amina Mohamed has today suspended all the top tier leagues in Kenya for two weeks from today 12th November to 26th November 2021.

The body had initially they are threatening to impose a ban on Kenya but first offered to mediate.
“We consider the aforementioned decision by the Cabinet Secretary to appoint an FKF Caretaker Committee in lieu of the elected FKF Executive Committee is undoubtedly contrary to the above principles.” Reads their statement.
Sports Cabinet Secretary Amb. Amina Mohamed on Thursday morning disbanded the entire FKF team and appointed a 15-member committee led by the Retired Judge and Former EACC director Aaron Ringera.
Others are Fredrick Tureisa, Mwangi Muthee, Neddy Atieno, Ali Amour, Titus Kasuve, Richard Omwela, Bobby Ogolla and JJ Masiga.
