The welfare is today conducting the final send off of popular Luo Ohangla musician Musa Jakadala’s bodyguard who will be laid to rest at his rural home in Asembo Kochieng, Siaya County. .

Eric Agwanda, a resident of Dandora, died on May 26, 2021 and his body preserved at the Kenyatta Hospital Mortuary.

Faced with financial constraints, Agwanda’s kin reached out to KUPA who agreed to take off the pressure and stress of his burial.   Some of the expenses that the welfare took care of included;  an executive  coffin, mortuary bill for 2 weeks, clothing of the body, lowering gear, trolley, gazebo tent , 5 tents and 500 plastic chairs.

The body left Nairobi on June 3, 2021 for his final rest.
