TV And Radio Station To Broadcast Harambee Stars vs Uganda Revealed

The Kenya National team, Harambee Stars, is scheduled to play against Uganda and Rwanda in matches Day 1 and 2 of the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.


Harambee Stars will host Uganda cranes on Thursday, September 2, 2021, Nyayo Stadium, 4 pm EAT. and on Tuesday, September 5, 2021,  Stars’ will face the Amavumbi of Rwanda in Kigali.

Owing to the restrictions arising from the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic, Thursday’s match will be played behind closed doors.

Arrangements have, however, been made to televise the match on KBC TV Channel One and live on Radio Milele FM.

The ”Migingo Derby” will be officiated by Ismail Mahmood Ali Mahmood from Sudan as the Center Referee for the match.

He will be assisted by his compatriots Abdallah Mohammed Abdallah (First Assistant Referee) and Abdelgabar Abdelgabar Mohammed (Second Assistant Referee) and Fadul Sabri Mohammed (Fourth Official). Gebre Silassie Solomon from Ethiopia will serve as the Match Commissioner while Labrosse Jean-Claude from Seychelles will be the Referee Assessor.
